Inoperative locks on exterior doors!!! Lousy Wi-Fi connectivity issues!!! It's frustrating when the climate control doesn't work and everything feels old!!! Lighting in rooms left much to be desired!!!

Connie at the front desk made my experience unique with her thorough knowledge and assistance on local spots. The hotel has a lovely water station to refill bottles, which kept me hydrated throughout my stay. The indoor pool area felt like a peaceful retreat after busy days—an excellent touch for relaxation.
The mattress in my room could use an upgrade to be more comfortable.
